Program Summary
|
This
program was developed after the
"Women at the Frontier of Exxcellence"
Symposium held at UBC in April 2001,
revealed the need for a structured
mentor program to assist teachers
and students in Vancouver to access
mentoring activities offered at
UBC. It is currently a pilot project
involving UBC’s Faculties
of Science and Medicine.
It is hoped that in the long term
the program will expand to include
other areas of the university.
All parties
are invited to provide feedback
on their mentoring experiences through
the forms provided on the activities
pages. However, we also welcome
general comments on the program
and the way it is presented.
